Program Design
Kids for Life Fitness uses your child's unique abilities and level of fitness to design a program that will help them reach their specific fitness goals.
Considerations include:
Biological Age:
A child's biological age is a more accurate indicator of physical potential that their calendar age.
Sensitive Periods:
Times when the systems that determine abilities such as balance, coordination and speed are undergoing rapid development.
Gender:
The pace of development of some abilities is not the same for boys and girls.
Sports Participation:
Program can be tailored to meet the demands of a particular sport.
Personality:
Motivation, ambition, willingness to follow direction and other traits have a definitive impact on the kind of training we design.
Your child's assessment includes:

• BMI and Body Fat Percentage
• Posture analysis
