Personal Training Kids for Life Fitness provides personal fitness coaches to kids who need extra guidance and support during his or her program.
Our coaches specialize in pre-adolescent and adolescent fitness training. They know the ins and outs of getting in shape and having fun while doing it.
Kids for Life Fitness Coaches provide your child with
· One-on-one guidance on how to exercise properly.
· Encouragement and motivation to remain consistent.
· Careful attention to safety and emotional needs.
We will create a 6 to 12 week training program based on your child's personal goals and needs. We usually recommend the following training schedule.
Ages 8 -12: 30-45 min session 2 x 3 week
Ages 13 - 18: 30-45 min session 2 x 3 week

45-60 min session 2 x 3 week
