Personal Training 

Kids for Life Fitness provides personal fitness coaches to kids who need extra guidance and support during his or her program.

Our coaches specialize in preadolescent and adolescent fitness training.  They know the ins and outs of getting in shape and having fun while doing it.

 

Kids for Life Fitness Coaches provide your child with:  

   One-on-one guidance on how to exercise properly.

   Encouragement and motivation to remain consistent.

   Careful attention to safety and emotional needs.

 

We usually recommend the following training schedule. 

Ages 8 -12:     

30-45 min session 2 x 3 week

 

Ages 13 - 18:

30-45 min session 2 x 3 week

                   - or -

45-60 min session 2 x 3 week

Sat 10:00am - 6:00pm

Sun 10:00am - 4:00pm

Training Rates:                                                                  

30-45 Minute Session

Single Sessions - $60

5 Sessions - $55 per session

10 Sessions - $50 per session
