The Fit Kid Test

 

The Fit Kid Test is an intensive health-related fitness assessment that uses criterion-referenced standards to determine your child’s fitness level based on what is optimal for his or her health.  

 

·        Crucial for measuring your child’s current muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, resting heart rate, body fat composition (BMI), and blood pressure levels.

                                              

·        Bases your child’s exercise and fitness regime on the results of his or her testing; strength training, flexibility (programmed stretches), and programming for suggestive aerobic intensity.

 

·         Provides you and your child with a thorough evaluation for his or her current physical condition/status based on universal youth fitness standards. 

 

·         Continuously retests your child’s progress, which motivates him or her to keep improving overall fitness.
